The problem is they think they can get rich quick. These types of restaurant take years to get a clientele to come regularly. I don't think that location is going to win people over. Most people are not going to just stop in I don't think.

Kings used to do well, but that was a different day and time. It seems like Sazani's had decent business anytime I went past it, so, I dunno. I think restaurants of this size are a dying breed.

Business survive when they service the customer honestly and treat them like family and friends. Good products with good service make the business.

People have to want to go there and will, if the food is good and service is solid. They won't make trips for a bad experience, though.

@conrad Yes I understand having a good experience. What I'm saying is the location is not the best of places.

I remember years ago Kings people would come from every where to eat there.

Yes, it's definitely a "destination location" where you have to intend to eat there. I am very wary of restaurants that serve tons of dishes too. How are you able to make that many incredibly different items really well? I will choose a place with 5 entrees on the menu any day because I am assured that each one will be perfect.

Hahahaha, I was referring more toward a semi-fine dining location like Sapphire was trying to be. Might as well say "surprise me" when ordering at Pizza Hut because they will anyway!

Pizza Hut now that might be a hit out there.

Already closed? Can't say I'm surprised. There where MAJOR screw ups even on the first day open.

@Witness Sapphire's just did to our group what Sazani's did - closed without notification as we all showed up on our normal meeting night. Met with a "Closed Permanently" sign
