@PaulaBThe woman who did our first menu print had sent us a bill a week ago I made every attempt including leaving my personal cell number to reach out to her immediately because we were in happy with her work on the menus which included blank pages. Today she called me back in my cell phone and I'm the midst of me attempting to explain our concerns, I was called a slut and a ***** in reference to my name and then hung up on. I waited twenty minutes before returning her call to once again let her know that we would happily provide payment for the exceptable portion of her work for us how ever would only pay for the me yes that were not accounted for when she cam to pick them up along with a small labor fee so she would not take much of a loss. The bill for the menus was 368 and an additional 82 for the other work that was acceptable. I told her that I understood her frustration as none of us like to work hard and then have to comp something a customer is unhappy with. However, calling names like the previous conversation was not going to end in an agreement and was counterproductive. She said she was too angry to talk with me so I suggested that I have my husband call her later to work things out she threatened defamation which I ignored and stated again that I would forward this issue to my husband. my husband later called me and had come to an agreement that she pick up the me yes she had done and we pay her a fair price. Covering all but some of the menus cost. When she showed up she came with two very disruptive and intoxicated as well as threatening men. They were all very disruptive at the establishment to the point that I had to escort them outside to complete the transaction, as my dinningroom was full. Outside things escalated with the group to the point were I was in need of and should have called the police to have them removed. I paid her a total of 240 which was well over what we received in useable material and asked her to leave. Again she stated "this is just the beginning." I explained or steady tried to that this was a really bad way of doing business. Especially over a bill that was on my desk for a week. I'm ashamed for her and I wish her the best in her future endeavors. That said. Now you have both sides. You can figure out what you think is right. We do our best to be inviting and open in all of our undertakings. This was just a bad incedent which really didn't have much to do with anything other than a poor woman who takes things to a level at which is never necessary. Please accept our sincerest apologies for such an infortunate choice of behaviors of a fellow business woman and the two gentlemen she brought with her.
