@lanestar7 :There is a clause in the NC law that says if a cop has suspicions about someones gender when they are being arrested the person has to "prove" it right on the spot.

This is ridiculous and not for any adult to be checking in kids' pants! Do we really think anyone is fully identifying as an opposite gender JUST to check out people in BATHROOMS??? The gay guy is already in your bathroom checking you out, who cares if a pre-reassignment surgery bio female is in there too NOT checking you out??

Before there were laws about such thing, it was common courtesy for people to use the bathroom that fits their outward appearance. That makes sense to me.

@AverageJoe In North Carolina i wouldn't have to do it. The line to beat that *** there would be a mile long. And to be honest with you. I would be surprised if someone like that in North Carolina live to that age.
