Someone knock me out with a baseball bat until election day in November. Please.

And then knock me out again after I cast my vote and the election is decided.

Whenever that is.

Probably after they do "Rock/Paper/Scissors".

The results from 90 precincts are missing on the Dem side. about 5 % of the votes. I love how that party keeps proving us right.

And on the GOP side word coming out now that the Cruz campaign told all the Carson supporters during the Caucus that Dr Ben Carson was dropping out.

Pretty sure he's a one trick pony.

@JnJ :

It was quite a trick though. A 12 point turnaround in a state where he was HEAVILY campaigned against by not only the 6 term Republican governor, but his shill son who lobbies for the ethanol industry. And in a state where corn rules....he still won on a platform of ending ethanol subsidies. Not to mention all the media, including FNC, is against him.

I don't think anyone expects him to win in NH...but two states don't a primary make. Trump is a bloated side show, and not much more capable of telling the truth than his nemesis Hillary Clinton. He'd be an unmitigated disaster as president.

Interesting primary season.

It is interesting indeed. On both sides actually. I have many conflicting thoughts on Trump. I like his overall ideas - but I don't like his childish displays. On the other hand I think Cruz is inherently dishonest & unlikable (at least to me), and Rubio & Bush is just another McCain & Romney - too milk-toast to beat the Dems in a General election. Christie is Trump-lite, Kasich is a liberal. All things considered - I'm behind Trump. I think much of what he does is posturing. When the metal hits the pavement I think he would perform admirably as President.

By the way, lots of buzz behind Rubio - but this video points to his biggest problem as a candidate:

The bottom line is that Santorum and Cruz have the same line of thinking muc more than Santorum and Rubio. Yet Santorum endorsed Rubio. Why? Because Santorum knows the extraordinary ugly tactics and antics Cruz has used in the senate against fellow republicans. Santorum also knows the party would take Trump over Cruz any day if that's how it plays out. Cruz will have to realize he should have been nice to people on the way up because he is going to meet the same people on the way down and out of the 2016 race and maybe even his senate reelection race too.

milk-toast

@JnJ :

Milquetoast? I'm interested to know why you think his "childish displays" would end as President? He is much too old and set in his ways to actually change that dominant of a behavior. I would venture to guess that winning a Presidency would only encourage and exacerbate that behavior, not diminish it.

@lanestar7 : I feel confident he would be as successful at the Presidency as he has been a real estate developer. Won't belabor it any further as you and I will never agree in this regard & that's perfectly alright.
