@RambleOn @jimthompson So am I wrong for telling it like it is. Yes I have drop this man off at the Hospital a few times in the past along with many others. I live 2 blocks from Heaven for drugs most come for their fix . Go dig up the past 10 years of videos from the Hospital and see how many I have taken to the Hospital and dropped off. I am sorry if I told something that people are afraid to talk about. Some do want help some just want.

No where does it mention he received any treatment. He came to the hospital, sat in the waiting room for 2 hours, then ended up in jail over an "incident" whatever that means.

@tapeworm I believe it has been reported now that he was discharged. He arrived in an ambulance so he was treated, one would think. Unity Point can't write settlement check fast enough for the survivors. They don't want this going to a trial. They really screwed up.

Jail is responsible he was in Peoria`s custody. He should of been treated once he became property of Peoria.
