I have plenty of potatoes but it takes someone to peel and cook all them damned things. Personally, I'd rather have no potatoes than instant.

@radar_99 Well, if they are all on their cellphones, yeah. If they truly are crazy busy, no. Been at it long enough to think you are prepped to the gills, but sometimes it just isn't enough.

"This week I need help from my patrons. If your food isn't exactly the way you expected....send it back and we will make it right. I have the highest expectations for my food and if my customers are not happy in ANY WAY...I'm not happy, I want to know and want to make it right. We have gotten so much positive feedback and we appreciate all of it, but I want to raise the bar for my restaurant and my kitchen staff. We have some new chef's and they are ready to please! So help us serve Peoria the best food! We are gearing up for "Smoke-tober Fest" - we will be featuring smoked Sausage/Brats on Hawaiian bread buns featuring an amazing Red Cabbage and Apple salad (OMG, this is amazing, feel free to ask for a free sample!)...stay tuned and stay hungry!"

OK....now I understand you have to give a new place some time to work the kinks out but I cannot believe that an employee would give not one but two people 3 french fries each and think that's acceptable.
