I have plenty of potatoes but it takes someone to peel and cook all them damned things. Personally, I'd rather have no potatoes than instant.

Do you think Pioneer Smokehouse is short staffed with no one to peel their potatoes?

So that would be the result of poor management, right?

@radar_99 Well, if they are all on their cellphones, yeah. If they truly are crazy busy, no. Been at it long enough to think you are prepped to the gills, but sometimes it just isn't enough.
