1st question would be was the weapon legal and was he under some mental care that was being treated. Possibly not being reported do to HIPPA laws which cause all kinds of trouble. None of the laws on the books work if staff don't do their jobs from back ground checking people,medical staff and even the gun store. They will try to add more BS laws just to make folks feel better when all they need to do is enforce whats already there and punish the ones not doing it by the law. That would include all the people in the process.

Please leave the flusher palace alone . This is a much needed service. i think they need to be double the size and double the locations.
