I'm not really worried about any kind of legal jeopardy. Cat will continue on regardless. Do you honestly think their stock price is going to go down because of postings on peoria.com? Seriously? I'm posting things that I've heard from VERY reliable sources. And I also heard things that I'm not posting. If Cat is worried about a message board, perhaps they should be looking inward not outward.

And also remember who is now working for Cat in the security department. Someone who was closely involved in twittergate.

@bgbird68 : You don't owe anyone anymore explanations. And neither do I. I mentioned Enron because of their stock purchasing program, one of the biggest, most GLARING entities that destroyed the company. But it seems someone can't put 2 and 2 together.

I really don't care, but I can ask questions of you and you can continue to not elaborate on them. As a citizen, everyone has an obligation to behave responsibly. Yea I do care. I'm a potential stockholder. I'm waiting for it to go lower but your posts are a curiosity to me so I ask about them.

@jooerl :There are a number of stocks that are much, much better than CAT and that have done quite well including this year. One of them is GE.

Well, I said I was waiting. The daily chart is currently showing a short sell setup at resistance. If it were to go below the current swing low on the daily I'm looking to begin dollar cost averaging into the stock at some point.
