@CCubs : Yes. Not necessarily at that moment but a combination of exertion and drugs would have killed him. But the question is why was he on the ground? He appeared cooperative on the short clips I saw. Something happened that has not been disclosed. Maybe he didn't do anything, however, it's highly likely he did.

@starbound64 : Yep and they also have a strong union. I predict the offending cop's firing will stand. His partner's firing might stand, but the other two responding officers will likely be reinstated with time off w/out pay. I say that guessing that there were two responding units and that the second unit were the ones just watching. This is just my opinion since no additional details have been released - as of yet.
