@Patrick710 : I watched the 1st three episodes of True Detective today. I think it's excellent. I love the story line. I watched Ep 1 of The Passage and I'm with you - unsure but the previews of upcoming episodes look good enough to stick with it

I watched the first episode of Black Monday on Showtime. I really liked it. It's a fast-paced, over the top comedy set in the 80s staring Don Cheadle.

@HipKat : Yes, it is excellent. Nice palate cleanser after the debacle of season 2.

@bgbird68 : I so agree. They must have brought back the original writers from Season 1 on this one. Did you watch It Happened One Night? And what did you think, if you did?

@bgbird68 : It was touted as the replacement for True Detective Season Three, before there were plans for a real season three, and is similar to the series. I wasn't sure if I'd like it, but I got caught up in it from episode 1

Well, Project Bluebook, this week, may have figuratively jumped the shark already with UFO purists. When I was in school in the mid-to-late 70s oh, it was another era of an ongoing UFO craze, and I was all in, Reading every book and everything I could find about UFOs and I got to know J Allen Hynek very well, through his books and his contributions to other books and articles that I read and one thing that anybody who knows anything about Jay Allen Hynek would know is that he never saw a UFO.UFO researcher Robert Sheaffer writes in his book Psychic Vibrations that Hynek had never seen a UFO. The article states that in all the years he had been looking upward, Hynek "has never seen 'what I would so dearly love to see. '"Now there was an incident when he was on a plane and saw a light out the window that he took a picture of oh, but he never associated that with an actual UFO sighting, although it was an unidentified object

Its been hard lately to watch movies. Just seems like all people want to see any more is violence and death. In todays world I think there is enough to deal with why would ones want to see more of it.

@Patrick710 : I love Masterchef, Hell's Kitchen and most cooking competition shows, but my favorite is Top Chef. And I enjoy the kid's cooking and baking competition shows. What creativity they have.
