I just don't see paying big money to stay some where just to sleep. Events that come to town don't always draw people wanting to spend $1000 just to sleep the 2 nights

There is some talk that one of the national cos. looking at the retail space is Dunkin Donuts.

Doubtful that happens. Dunkin wants their locations in this area to have a drive thru.
