Ricardo: Any idea what the African Americana male, Peoria Mayoral candidate's solution to the (homicide) situation might be? I heard a few at the barber shop say that canvassing and his ground game are operational.Just asking?

@TheOneStopHomeShop I don't know what positions the other candidates have at this time. They haven't canvassed me yet. I guess i need to get out more.

By design.There was a story done by Bill Dennis called "Raising Hell in the River City".It identified the problem issues and individuals responsible for making Peoria what it was then.Offered solutions (Economic Empowerment) and delivered the firm WEPAC, that would implement the plan.They arrested me, and took the "White Master" route. OTC and P.H.&S both got paid in full and left us with a Dumb Negro Problem, which Patrick Urich's paid $127,000 for.CAN EVERYONE UNDERSTAND that, or do you need TnT to translate?My solution has cost me 2 marriages, false arrest, $40,000 investment the Brady, Urich and others (even so called Black leaders "black balled".My solutions even prompted PDC to redesign, so now it appears that no AA has had an answer.I shared mine.PDC chooses and helps to keep you in the DARK
