@froggy Peoria Promise is no long "free"for everyone. I believe there was some misuse of the system, so they changed the requirements based on income. Students will receive reimbursements at 25%, 50% and 100%. Student also no longer receive the money upfront. They must pay out of pocket and then apply for reimbursement.
