@cjsummers I enjoy your posting to was trying to understand really what the point was.
 
I don't think the city should be able to monopoly the money to them.
 
There are plenty of Towers in peoples back yards so to speak some even as close as 50 feet. Tried to relate that in the last pics which your statement was 400.
 
With towers in peoples yards we could only go so high. Like tree tops not much more. Now in the Valley its is different.
 
Why should the city get money for what we have to look at.
 
Enough Towers use building and structures that are standing already.
