@cjsummers Each Officer has a format that they go through. What to watch for how they act, Movements common or not,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, Not only beware but now throw in bombs being made and used.Officers tell you to stand here and you start walking towards your car. Now they have to decide if they get to go home or you do.Not to much of a balance is it.

@tntrecycling :Well, without seeing a weapon or what can reasonably be assumed at the time is a weapon (BB gun at night, etc) I might suggest a course of action that utilizes an amount of force less than lethal. Just say'n.

This picture here is him breaking the law. Officer would never tell some one they don't know to go to their vehicle. He could of put his hands on the back of the suv.

People who cross against the light, or in the middle of the block, or people that toss cigarette butts out the window are all breaking the law as well. In the absence of a lethal threat to the officer, should they be shot as well?

@AV8R I understand all the above............. One Officer call for back up watch you can see more than what you think.
