@bgbird68 The man had extensive back ground of Police matters. I could see some one green to the arrest but he is well aware of the program. When you defy police numbers of times as this man did. He was well aware of what was going on.

The difference of course is that the people, who aren't cops, who shoot other people are typically arrested, convicted and spend time in jail. Justice is served.When a cop shoots an unarmed person, and then is not arrested or tried, that is the problem.
