Crutcher was in front of her squad car at the start of the video.All Crutcher had to do was put his hands on Officers hood and matters would of been solved.Crutcher choose to put his hands in the air and walk away. Crutcher did not die because he had a stalled car Crutcher choose to not listen. Its really simple.
