@Byron That may be a sign of what he would do if this tax bill passes. If he vetos it, the state will get junk bond rating and the democrats will blame it on him and so it goes.......Even if he does sign it, there is a good chance the state will get a junk bond rating.In any event Rauner is a loser in 2018. He might even be challenged in primaries in 2018.

@billybob I saw in PJS that he vetoed legislation to fund 911 through phone tax increase. Watch to see if any school districts offer property tax relief as a result of sales tax increase.
