I sometimes have to try more than once. They suggested that I use a different screen background. I went with the green Under the Sea design and it has helped but not completely solved the situation. Call them and see if they can help. I sometimes get the logging in message but it doesn't go to loading your accounts. Second try usually works.
If I use my Android phone to read Yahoo email, then later use desktop to access same email account, I sometimes get warning message that my email was accessed on another device (mine, lol), therefore it requires a code.
Do all my banking on CEFCU online and rarely have an issue. If you mess up entering password you only get 3 times and your account is locked. Although annoying I appreciate the security. They are very helpful when called.
Worked there for 35 yrs in IT and do the majority of ours online as well. most of my problems logging on are as a result of one craft beer too many. or as we called it, a PICNIC problem. Problem in chair, not in computer minus the beer of course
Have not had a single problem since the recent upgrade. It did take a minute or two to adjust to the new "Bill Pay" format, but it goes pretty smoothly. I don't do financial transactions on the cell phone.
