The building on the left looks like the USDA building, so this would be where the ramps for 74 are now. Right?

Oh wow, you're absolutely right! Next time I drive that way I'll try to re-create that photo and put them side by side.
What's kind of funny is you can kind of see the valley that would hold 74 eventually.
What was there BEFORE 74? Was it a little 2-lane highway, or absolutely nothing?
