@ChefKevin LOL. But in all seriousness, I am wondering who is building two new buildings on that spot, and what they might be. With all the empty buildings in the Glen Hollow area, I'd love to see some new developments there.

@Whiskey. I believe it was the owners of the larger shopping center that bought them. And they're building a couple of strip malls.

@cjsummers Gotta be new and shiny that is the only way council allows its. Look at the shopko building been empty for going on a decade. HUGE space could have been anything but just let it sit and rot is the motto.

the ShopKo building is stuck in a huge financial/legal black hole. The building has 11 lenders all wanting more then the other guy and the building needs lots of work due to lack of maintenance.
