Time out is not the same as banned.

Just wondering how many warnings the "time out" person has had versus some of the people that have been banned?My guess and probably closer to the truth, the number of average post decreased no matter how ridiculous went down so somebody was "invited" back.

While I share some of MJH's frustrations with the regs here on PDC, especially the ignore parameters, he apparently never learned the idea of working within the system to effect change.
