He is going to tell the republicans to accept the gay marriage issue and allow use of either restroom by transgenders.People know he is gay but he will say that too. However it seems there are some people who do not know he s gay.

I'm not sold on the Diversity approach, too much Diversity isn't good for a society. We only need to look to Africa, which is the most diverse continent on the planet, and it is plagued with war. Look to Poland, which is arguably the most least-diverse country, and while it is fairly stable, it also lacks innovation and really hasn't do anything great. It takes that precise balance. Too much, or too little and it just doesn't progress well.

War in Africa is not caused by diversity. The goal isn't necessary to have a certain amount of diversity. Its about making sure that all people in society are participating and have equal opportunity for life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. To make sure that happens, its important that all people are represented in the government. If party delegates don't match the demographics of the people, then its likely the platform won't address the issues of all people that are supposed to be represented. And to add, if Congress doesn't match the demographics of the country, its not likely to be a fair representation of the people either.

@LostnIL @LostnIL Iowa has a real low percentage. Sort of like Poland. What do you think is a proper amount? District 150?

@LostnIL :in some ways that is perhaps true. But Polish citizens moving to other countries has brought diversity. In the UK the influx of Polish citizens was one of the reasons cited as for the Brexit vote.In the USA, Polish citizens along with Brazilians have the highest rate of visa overstays and visa applicant rejections. In the last year or so there has been some improvement on that issue with Poland.
