Supposedly, Marshawn Lynch tweeted during the fourth quarter that he is retiring Emoticon I understand that if its true because he has been banged up the last few years.

Wow, I don't know what's more disgusting, a so called MVP running the opposite way from a fumble, showing up for a Super Bowl press conference in a hoody, or walking out of said press conference. He should have the award taken from him and it should be given to someone who truly deserves it. If he's the so called face of the NFL, then they're in deep ****

I'll give him the not diving for the fumble. I don't know if I want my QB diving for a ball and then have a half dozen 340 pound linemen landing on him and possibly busting up a knee, rib, etc. Yeah, some hardass like Favre probably would have; but I wonder how many of today's QBs would have? In all reality, the NFL treats QBs like prima donnas anyway, these days. Think of all the hits Stabler, Staubach, Namath, Terry Bradshaw, etc. took in their day which today would have drawn enough flags to make a king sized quilt. Now crying about the hit in the endzone toward the end of the game? Put your big boy britches on.

If you're going to get into the other team's face every minute of every hour leading up to the game, proclaim yourself "Superman", become the league MVP, and dare everyone to "stop you", then don't do this after the opposing team did exactly what you just dared them to do:

I've watched the Superbowl for DECADES. I've seen what seems to be "hundreds" of post game interviews with the losing QB.

Here's my response to CN's walkout yesterday:
