Will this community "newspaper" now report all pending lawsuits as factual? Should make for some interesting reading. Nothing like court of public opinion to make your case. Maybe a nice protest in front of the store?

I will make a purchase from Sherman's within 60 days of the case been tossed for lack of evidence or if it's decided in favor of the defendant(s).That reminds me...what happened to all the frequent posters here who were so quick to defend Josh Duggar?

The unfortunate difference between Willy, Broderick and the Sherman's accusers appears to be corroborating evidence.

I'm not going to endlessly argue my point on this thread. I speak from experience of having to turn certain people over to the authorities.But let's assume something for a moment, shall we? Let's say I'm the owner of Sherman's, and these allegations and lawsuit are simply without a doubt untrue, and I can prove it.Now think, what would my reaction be to an article like this?????Now if it comes out that I'm completely wrong about this, you know I'll be the first to eat crow, because I've done it before!

If the actions are untrue, they will let it play out in the courts and then publicize the results.They can't go on the offensive/defensive now as it will only give more publicity to the story.

Makes it kinda nice to know the people you are doing business with I would think as far as what kind of ethics they have.

I hate Sherman's. I have always thought the male sales associates were overly pandering and often made rather dumb *** comments. I always had the feeling that they thought all women were complete bimbos. I have never bought anything there - walked out of the store on more than one occasion. I once ordered furniture there, was so **** off by the time I got home - I called and canceled the order.

The attorney for the plaintiff says it's a good case. What more evidence could we possibly need?
