There are some super cute shops in Morton. The So Chic Boutique and Lulu's are two. They are both on Main Street.

@leslie110 the retail portion of the museum was dropped when they downsized from the original size and plan if I remember correctly.

I also wonder what the cost per square foot is on those retail spaces in the new Marriott and if it is price prohibitive for most small business owners. We've discussed on here why there is so much empty retail in Sheridan Village and I know one reason is the jump in rent prices.

@chef now that this thread has changed to beer, thx for the tip. while I enjoy both beers, I too prefer the SA for the same reason! currently sipping on this yrs Sierra Nevada Octoberfest offering and it's pretty tasty too

@CJ : sadly, it reminds me of the Holy Grail to a certain extent...Alright, we'll build this giant wooden badger....or Museum, ballpark, pad, and on and on goes the list. but boy this warehouse thing is really gonna kick butt. at least in the minds of our so called leaders. which is why i live outside the city and go out my way to not spend $$$ in it given the insane sales tax. just my 2 cents
