I just sent Rixblix a new message to see if it goes through.

The icon changes to red...so I know I HAVE a message. If I click on the message, I get to the screen that says "You've been logged out.....click here to log back in" I click it then I get the screen asking for user/pw". I log back in....click the envelope...repeat above.

Clean out your browser history and cookies then log back in.

@Rixblix Does the "Gear" icon log you out, too?@Seal 's suggestion will probably work, just wish I could pin down where the error is happening...

@PeoriaDotCom I've even cleared my cache/history/cookies etc... closed Chrome...no luck

If I am logged in and click the gear, I get the "you've been logged out" screen. Then I sign back in....envelope is red....click envelope....get "you've been logged out" screen. Using Chrome and Win7.***Joe...It's goofy. No problems till this weekend.

Try using Firefox instead of Chrome. The recent update to Chrome is causing problems with lots of people I know.

@Rixblix Weird...I am testing on Windows 7 & latest version of Chrome, and have no problems.

I don't want to use Firefox. Also, I was asked not to interact with you.

If you are going to use Chrome go into Settings and uncheck the box to Prefectch resources to load pages more quickly...this operates as sort of an unknown cookie to websites you visit regularly and can cause this issue.

@PeoriaDotCom Odd. It's gotta be on my end. I can get to my messages on my phone. I'll fumble around when I have more time. ***PS....had prefetch unchecked to begin with. Check it....tried again - no luck. Either checked or unchecked.

Seal is right about Chrome doing weird things. Have gone back to IE at work because certain sites just aren't working well on Chrome.
