The officer responds by saying, "And I am the Bill Gates," according to Moultrie's Facebook post."Correct me if I'm wrong, but I heard none of this on the cam. Plus, the officer COULD have given him a warning for that registration, but didn't. Instead he said to the effect, "make sure you wear your seatbelt and drive safely!" right when he left.

Is it a good thing or a bad thing that the virtual non-existence of hate crimes has led people to perform these hoaxes? Honestly, I can't remember the last time I read about a hate crime that was actually real; nearly 100% of them seem to be hoaxes these days.
