Remember they must do a feasibility study first before issuing the bonds.

@QuispNQuake "Right on!" Remember they need the $ to fix up the buildings, so forget about getting bids for the bond sales.

Perhaps "Change 150" could ask the School Board to proposals from other firms. After all they do want change and for PPS to not seek other bids sounds pretty status-quo.
