I have a couple of relatives on my feed doing one sort of shake or another to lose weight and posting all their workouts and how great they feel. I don't mind seeing the weight loss pics but I wish it wasn't related to a product. If you're going to get motivated to lose weight, do it by completely and totally changing your eating habits, not by eating shakes as your main meals. That only works for a little while. When you stop, generally all the weight comes back on and then some. On the other hand, I have a male cousin who is married with four kids and all he ever posts are selfies he takes in his car. That and pictures of guitars and pictures of when he was in a high school band. WTF? He's crowding 50.

@froggy : YES!! I have ANOTHER friend I went to school with who posts the SAME SELFIE just about every day!!The only thing that changes is the background!! Same pose, same facial expression, same hat on the head, almost nothing changes!!!I almost wish I could post a series of these pics I'm talking about. It would sure give everyone a laugh!!
