I don't think this is in response to the shooting. In fact it was a PPD security officer that heard the shots at Glen Oak park and reported it. However, the security officers don't have access to the Peoria Police radio channels, so they have to report it to an actual Park PD officer who does have radio access. FYI. The park PD radio channel is not encrypted like Peoria PD's, so if you ever want to listen to a cluster ****
