The inventor of the "Trump Burger" has been detained by Immigration and Customs Enforcement - making him the second MAGA-loving restaurateur to face deportation.

Iyad Muhammad Abuelhawa, 55, who owned the original Trump Burger restaurant in Bellville, Texas, was arrested by ICE agents on June 2.

His former business partner, Roland Beainy, was taken into custody by ICE a month earlier. Both arrests were only made public by ICE this month, the Fayette County Record reported Thursday.

Trump dealt major blow in Mount Rushmore dream as expert says 'there's no room' www.irishstar.com/ne ws/us-news/trump-dea lt-major-blow-mount- 35792287 Two people who once oversaw the maintenance and preservation of Mount Rushmore have dealt a reality check to so-called "sycophant" supporters of a plan to add President Donald Trump's head onto the South Dakota stone mountain beside George Washington, Abraham Lincoln, Thomas Jefferson and Theodore Roosevelt. "It can't be done," Dan Wenk, former superintendent at Mouth Rushmore for over 10 years, told NBC News. The rock is "not suitable for carving," he said, as it is "very fractured, it's very soft." "It comes down to the geology, the engineering," added retired engineer Paul Nelson, who oversaw the rock monitoring system at the national monument. "And so if you're going to do any other carvings on the surface, you have to remove a lot of rock to get down to the competent rock, and you run the risk of maybe mobilizing some fractures."

@mypeez : I saw the same NBC report. That won't stop his MAGA supporters from getting their GOP buddies to pass a bill to start analysis and engineering to put it there...even if it meant redoing and taking away one of the others.
Fortunately, we haven't heard much from him wanting his face in rock. Mostly hearing him complaining that he deserves a Nobel Peace Prize.

This is from my FB, from a interview with a Republican who managed John McCain's campaign. It is actually from DJT's 1st term: "Over the weekend, Republican Steve Schmidt, who ran John McCain's 2008 campaign for president, was interviewed on MSNBC. In response to a very general question regarding the Trump Presidency, Mr. Schmidt spoke for two solid minutes and gave the most insightful and brutally honest response of what the Trump Presidency has done to our great country. "Donald Trump has been the worst president this country has ever had. And, I don't say that hyperbolically. He is. But he is a consequential president. And, he has brought this country in three short years to a place of weakness that is simply unimaginable if you were pondering where we are today from the day where Barack Obama left office. And, there were a lot of us on that day who were deeply skeptical and very worried about what a Trump presidency would be. But this is a moment of unparalleled national humiliation, of weakness." "When you listen to the President, these are the musings of an imbecile. An idiot. And I don't use those words to name call. I use them because they are the precise words of the English language to describe his behavior. His comportment. His actions. We've never seen a level of incompetence, a level of ineptitude so staggering on a daily basis by anybody in the history of the country whose ever been charged with substantial responsibilities." "It's just astonishing that this man is president of the United States. The man, the con man, from New York City. Many bankruptcies, failed businesses, a reality show, that branded him as something that he never was. A successful businessman. Well, he's the President of the United States now, and the man who said he would make the country great again. And he's brought death, suffering, and economic collapse on truly an epic scale." "And, let's be clear. This isn't happening in every country around the world. This place. Our place. Our home. Our country. The United States. We are the epicenter. We are the place where you're the most likely to die from this disease. We're the ones with the most shattered economy. And we are, because of the fool that sits in the Oval Office behind the Resolute Desk." And so, has DJT ever changed his ways since the 1st term? Or he's actually gotten more revenge in him this time against anyone that served in Biden's Administration, or said one bad sentence about him? My opinion and mine alone, and no one else.

@DennisinPeoria : This is EXACTLY what I have been trying to say.
