Trumpo, Blondi, and the rest of the gang aren't doing anything else anyway,.. might as well go try and intimidate some federal judges.

If either the President or the AG try to speak up, interrupt either lawyer or a judge, or do anything to disrupt the decorum of the hearing, I'm sure they will be asked to leave, no matter what their title is. Right, @Billybob? As usual, just my opinion.

So far, from the sound of things, it could end up being a 8-1 decision against Trump, Not so sure Thomas is on board with eliminating birthright citizenship. What they are asking the court to do is to eliminate the 14th amendment, However, the 14th amendment granted more rights to the freed slaves.
Chief Justice Roberts and the 4 female justices are clearly against overturning it.

I would almost believe that judges at the various levels are rather tired of DJT's insults and disrespect, that they would try very hard to stick to the constitution, amendments and precedent. Thomas is in a totally different category!

Yes, Mr. President, there are 3 EQUAL Branches of US government. Your Executive branch DOES NOT rule the entire country. But with your "I'm the CEO of the United States" mindset, you'll never change. Your hundreds of Executive Orders in the past year (more than what Biden wrote in 4 years) does not mean you can decide what the law should be. The Constitution does that. My opinion and mine alone and not my employer's.

@mypeez: With what Trump said on Wednesday about fighting wars and not being able to pay for stuff like daycare,
Medicaid and Medicare, what I'm not seeing mentioned is his suggestion that states should raise taxes to fund these programs if they want them for their residents.
