I remember he tried to blame Biden for Russia attacking Ukraine. Or said that Zelensky actually started that war. Even after being in office nearly 15 months, he still blames Biden if oil prices jump, gas is up, stocks go down, grocery prices still high...he simply doesn't take blame for anything.
