The message seems to be that white collar crimes can be accepted, but not blue collar or low income crimes.

In fairness, this has been a fundamental principle of every administration since JQ Adam's here in America.I was stationed at Naval Hospital Millington in the late 80s and it sets abut to a minimum security prison for white collars. I would jog with them every morning and they would even invite us onto the grounds to play tennis and have barbecues. Their prison was nicer inside than our barracks!

Just because "that is the way we have always done it" does NOT mean we should continue to do so.
