It's a misconception that everyone who works at Cat has to work 50-60 hours a week to excel and advance.
In any case, even though no one needs to explain themselves to TnT, Cat pays me enough that my wife can stay home with our children. Not even sure why I'm responding, as it's just another case of people trying to justify why they don't make more money.
