Peoria Time Capsule
New one with newer materials inserted into corner at City Hall today. Replaces the one found when late last year, workers repairing the facade found the 1897 Time capsule buried there. I'm sure those who put in the 1897 one had no clue what life, innovations, or technology would be like today. Just like we don't know how life will be in 2126 when this one is opened.
