Maybe a change in diet is in order.
I still don't understand why anyone over the age of, say, 21 or 22, would ever eat there anyway. Especially sober, if that's even possible.

I get the craving in my 50's every once in a while. Then when I cave in, almost instant regret.

I don't think I've ever had a craving for Taco Bell.
KFC... that's a different story. Once in a while.... about once a year or every few years.

We call Taco Bell the Tequila of Fast Food. It takes about six months or so to remember that you don't dare eat it and you fall down and do it again. I will say, I am a sucker for a Nacho Bell Grande (add lettuce.)

What I miss from Taco Bell are their Beefy Tostadas. Discontinued them a few years ago, brought them back temporarily while on a nostalgia kick, then dropped them again. What I miss about KFC is their extra crispy chicken, but they also had baked chicken sometimes.
