Remember when Beachler's gas station on University and War Memorial sold fuel at a reduced price that was equal to the price when B**** took office in 2021? Cars were lined up down University that day.
Would they do it again at the price of when T**** took office?
Also, if I remember right the non ethanol pure 87 gasoline at Hyvee was something like 10 cents more, which actually makes it the better alternative. Normally it is 30 to 40 cents more than regular E10, which is already 20 cents higher than other locations.
I would think the E10 and especially E85 would be less since it is not entirely produced from oil. Does anyone know local E85 prices?
Even during the 2007/2008 recession? What was the record? I read that $6 gasoline today would be equivalent to the price surge backthen.

$4.999/gal has to be an all time record high for regular unleaded in Peoria.

I'm seeing the same thing. I'm also seeing places across the Mississippi River in Iowa and Missouri that are a $1.50 gallon cheaper. People are blaming Trump for this, and that is all well, good, and fine, but it doesn't explain the huge difference and there are no places in Bloomington, Springfield, or Galesburg this high. Greed.

Some Peoria stations jumped to 4.89 today, a .40 jump!! You can't tell me oil prices jumped that much! MAGAs should no longer complain that gas prices were still higher than this after Russia invaded Ukraine, and thus blaming it all on Biden.
My opinion and mine alone and not my employer's.

Go back and blame the one who opened it up Bush is rolling. When will it break the bank.
Does anyone know the prices for the E10 and E0 87 at Hyvee on Lake?

Oil has just hit a year high and still climbing.
In auctioneer voice:
"Got this golden gallon of gas right heeeer... who'll give me 3? 3, 3, 3, 3?
Customer: $3!
Auctioneer: Who'll give me 4, 4, give me 4, 4 now!
Customer 2: 4!
Auctioneer: ok, we're going, now how about 5, 5, 5, 5, 5? " Peoria people have almost no choice, it's up to $5.19 now!!
I'm sure by the time I get to Pekin Kroger later to use $1 off with fuel points, it may be 4.50.or higher. And I prefer mid grade gas from Kroger. I'd like to hear now from MAGAs and Conservatives if gas was this high in OUR area during Biden's term, and BEFORE Russia invaded Ukraine? My opinion and mine alone and no one else.

Just filled up the Transit at Costco, East Peoria. $4.46 a gallon for regular. That's up .02 from what is was this morning. Their pumps were pretty busy.
I will certainly remember when the midterms come around, but not the DJT hopes. Gas prices are not the first item on my rather long reasons that I will vote the way I will do.

Over $5/gallon at some stations on Prospect, yet $4.59 in other parts of Peoria. Will they go up too? Bloomington, Galesburg, and Springfield all sitting in the $4.39-$4.59 range.
Still stations as low as $3.38 in Davenport and outside of Hannibal, MO. Sounds to me like the Peoria Gas Mafia is working overtime.
