The pleasant rain increased the humidity, making it uncomfortable to walk among the plants. It's definitely been one of the strangest weather years we've had in a long time. Plant boxes need more attention, while weeds in the ground never seem to stop growing. Boxes have fewer weeds, but the soil needs to be rotated to keep minerals healthy. Weeds will even grow ten feet under your weed barrier just to sprout.

@collar @AverageSue : What is funny is that we substitute kale for spinach and poblanos for green peppers since they hold up better in a number of recipes we make.
