Well, you win one.....

Texas Democrats who opposed redistricting maps, left the state, won't be expelled from office. And you lose one...

Supreme Court rejects Virginia bid to restore voter-approved ballot issue on new maps. My complaint about the rush for states to redraw maps to favor 1 party or another actually should have had rules that any redrawing of maps doesn't take effect until AFTER the election.
But if that rule was there, both parties would ignore it. I'm surprised an EO hasn't come from the WH saying any map approved by Democrats is pconsidered illegal, and won't apply in November. But any GOP maps are legal.
He's pretty much cut out Congress on probably 80-90% of laws he's enacted through his EO. And ignored most court orders on any EO that's not legal or constitutional.
My opinion and mine alone and not my employer's.

Another example, this time in Florida.
Article excerpt:
Florida voters approved a state constitutional amendment in 2010 that prohibits U.S. House districts from being drawn with the intent to favor or disfavor a political party or incumbent. The amendment bars districts from diminishing the ability of racial or language minorities to elect the representatives of their choice. It also requires districts to be compact and, where feasible, use existing political and geographic boundaries.
Lawsuits filed on behalf of voters seek a temporary injunction against the new House map for violating that amendment. Their arguments focus heavily on political favoritism" Looks like the current Florida GOP lawmakers, bowing to the WH guy they worship, decided to approve a new map recently, ignoring probably many of those voters. And ignoring that 2010 Amendment.

Actually, I don't think it will make a difference if the Democrats take control of Congress. The POTUS has pretty much ignored a Congress controlled by his own party. I'm actually surprised he didn't issue Executive Orders for the OBBB and the SAVE Act. Congress has given up pushing legislation for him to sign except for minor bills. He wishes there was no Legislative or Judicial branch, only his. If he could, he'd remove all the SCOTUS judges, replace them with those who pledge 100% loyalty to him...not the Constitution.
If the Democrats do flip Congress, any legislation that doesn't benefit his donors, GOP, or supporters, he will veto. Meaning the Democrats would need to win enough seats to override vetoes without Republican help. My opinion and mine alone and no one else.

One King Jesus who will rule over mankind. Coming very soon make sure then votes are for the correct leader. It's sickening to watch billions spent on casting votes. We may have to live in it and pay taxes in it, but we certainly don't have to be part of its ways. As they say, birds of a feather flock together.

No, I believe Schumer and/or Jefferies have already ruled out impeachment proceedings if Democrats take control of both Houses.
However, any changes or pullbacks to his EOs will be met with a veto from him. He's already pretended 80-90% so far his Republican Congress doesn't even exists. Except this year, because it's Midterms.
A Democrat controlled Congress will need to win enough seats to be able to override vetoes without Republican votes. I don't think that will happen, but just like court orders, he'll just ignore anything passed by the Democrats.

Which is why Trump needs to be impeached at the very first opportunity,.... if not sooner!

I really don't see how or why, even if Talerico was a vegan, why it's a campaign issue.

Latest on today's primaries including some battleground states.
apnews.com/live/elec tion-primary-06-02-2 026 When the primary season is totally done, I will research votes for all Democratic primary winners vs. Republican Primary winners in same race, just to see if there's a trend towards Blue vs. Red votes.
