There was a discussion on Patio Inn Cheese on the Peoria Retro FB page, and someone posted the recipe. Now, it was apparently part of an entire set of local recipes that was printed, does anyone have the entire page or recipes?

Lindy's in Washington sells a garic cheese spread that tastes like the Patio Inn's. For about half the price.

I once ran that published recipe by my then-father-in-law Curt Giddens. Curt bought Patio Inn from Ray and sold it to the Castles. Curt would never reveal the cheese recipe, but noted this one was "close, but not quite there,"
