Kartville seemed like a decent gig if you liked small engine repair to keep it going.But it might be less attractive with a competing go kart track is being developed N of Louisville Slugger and Tilted 10 in Northwoods mall has spin and flip bumper cars.

@NoTime : Sounds like he saw the writing on the wall and decided it was a good time to exit. I hope they get a dedicated buyer. We made lots of great memories there with our children over the years.

Don't get too excited about the place out north. This is the second time someone went all the way thru rezoning, etc and bailed out. or at least delayed so far.

I hope someone buys it and keeps it going! My grandsons love going there when they visit. We all get out on the track, even their dad and Granny.

Someone named habib will buy it. They're buying the entire town, and nation.

All my childhood memories are being erased. I grew up going to kartville, would be sad to see them close down. So much of what I grew up loving about Peoria is gone. And what is left leaves me missing what is gone even more. I know things change, you hope for the best. This is not the case here.
