I know this is funny, but if one would take a date stamped photo today, and took it into the bar tomorrow, wouldn't they have to honor their statement?

@AntiRanchDrssng : That would be a lot of beer. They could compromise with a grand opening night of free beer on the same date that Sky High Harbor holds their next event. The Park District could set up their mobile stage and have Still Shine play in lower Bradley park and hold a party for the ages!
