Apparently today in Tazewell County an Accident on 116 resulted in three people fleeing from a stolen truck. The suspects fled and two of them ran across the McCluggage Bridge toward Peoria. A Peoria officer chased them and they both jumped off the bridge. One into the river below and the other to the ground. I believe it's a 30 foot drop. Regardless, they were both captured and taken to the hospital.
On the 3rd of June.. Ode to Billie Joe. They should have saved resources and just yell...pick ya up from the bank when you get tired. Any car thief ..... sucks!
I seen this this morning I was wondering why so many Officers were about. This was a bad accident the truck was upside down on a SUV. Don't know about the driver. From my point of view they were traveling very fast.
The person they hit (head on) was my dear friends daughter. She's pretty ruffed up but home and resting. Those guys are crackheads and I'm glad they are locked up. Could have killed her.
