Many are upset with some Democrats voting to fund the government. But, according to Schumer, it was better than letting the government shut down, and allowing DJT, Musk, and the GOP play up tons of criticisms on the entire Democratic Party. They voted for the lesser of 2 evil options.
If the government had shut down, that would also be endless fodder for the GOP against those Democrats running for re-election in the Senate in 2026. It was a hard choice, but one I support them on. Just my opinion and mine alone.

The big irony of DJT is he's indicated opposition to anything related to Electric vehicles. (his Favorite phrase is Drill, baby, drill). And has stopped "mandated" EV research (it never was mandated, show me a link where an EO was written or a bill passed) Yet, he decided to do an informal TV promotion ON TAXPAYER property, on TAXPAYER paid salary, to talk up the Tesla for his right hand man, Elon Musk. Who apparently has forgotten how to go out and promote Teslas on his own dime. My opinion and mine alone and no one else.

I find it hard to believe that we are going to bomb another country, there is a text message leak, and Trump claims "I know nothing about it." Seriously?

I do believe he knows very little. But shouldn't the president know when we are going to bomb another country?
