Some candidates were getting so desperate, they're not just throwing mud at their primary opponent.

Excerpt: A former campaign manager for Ross told law enforcement officers that Ross provided him with a black nylon glove that contained a small, plastic bag of white powder and a pink and white capsule. He said Ross told him to place it in Secker's purse or vehicle while Ross was out of state on vacation, according to a probable cause statement signed by an FBI agent.
Law enforcement tests later showed the substances to be cocaine and Adderall. The FBI statement said Ross sent numerous text messages to his campaign staffer regarding "the substance." In one, Ross said he hoped "that we could make it happen" before Secker attended a Republican women's meeting at a Joplin restaurant in June, "which would be extreme egg on the face," according to the FBI document.
Thomas Ross, 37, is charged with conspiracy to distribute a controlled substance. He's accused of asking a campaign manager to plant a small amount of cocaine and a prescription amphetamine pill on his opponent, Louise Secker, in the weeks leading up to the Aug. 4 primary, according to court documents.
Ross, of Joplin, defeated Secker by only a few dozen votes. "I'm thinking he'll be forced out of this race now, but that's my opinion and mine alone.

SO IMPORTANT.... to get out and VOTE. Win every election in a landslide. Leave no doubt. Your vote does count, make it happen. You can't sit home and be scared. Get up, get out, get help and VOTE!!!

Chaos, doubt, confusion, and uncertainty. That's probably the GOP game plan.
If any GOP loses by as much as 10% or more, the head WH honcho will claim fraud, order LE or ICE to seize all ballot boxes, and claim their recounts by "trusted" GOP counters prove their candidate won. And the ballots will become US property and not returned to the county it came from. And it's possible this will only happen in Democratic-heavy precincts. It could also happen if a Democrat in a GOP-heavy precinct gets more votes than usual.
Yes, seizure of ballot boxes is illegal and unconstitutional, but how many times has this administration respected the laws and the Constitution?
A scary prediction, but it's also my opinion and mine alone and not my employer's.

I am telling you, at this point anything could happen, and NOTHING would surprise me. In fact, I have personally made the prediction that we have not seen Trump's worst behaviors yet. Chaos and calamity is the MAGA M.O.The best way to combat this problem and situation is to get out and VOTE!!!!!!

The new restrictions on mail-in votes already affecting states like Oregon and Washington with ballots getting late postmarks...even though they were mailed before or on election day. The irony? It happened in a lot of counties that heavily supported GOP and DJY in 2024. Go figure.
