The entire admin! That's why so many people think this incident was staged. I don't think it was staged but I also think they are lying.

There is STRONG reason to believe that multiple security cameras caught the shooting of the shooter at this event. The videos will not be shown to the public until the trial ,

Call me skeptical. This admin, imo, would be showing it. They are known liars so I don't buy their "trust me, bro".

I still don't think it's staged. But maybe they are trumping up charges to make the punishment more severe.
