My personal belief is that the reason Biden and Trump haven't released the list is that it's not as "juicy" as everyone has imagined. No lawmakers, no celebrities, possibly not even any Americans. There's going to be a million conspiracy theories if it turns out to be a half dozen or so southeast Asian tech bros, a few Swiss bankers, and Baron von Lichtenstein's illegitimate son. If that's the case,, it's going to be a major headache. I feel like this also might explain why neither administration pursued charges beyond Epstein and Maxwell, not really sure how you charge a foreign national with a crime committed overseas. If the list is leaked it could very well leaked by the foreign press for the reasons you mentioned, some foreign people are most likely on the list, In recent years some European media papers and TV station s have increased their presence in the US, More manpower to research this,
IF the list is released and names are missing that people were expecting that will only stir things up more, August has the lowest TV viewers of the year, People are on vs satin etc, Maybe, perhaps, that is what they are waiting for to release it,
