I wasn't putting Haddads down. Just stating what it is. They serve their purpose. If I lived in West Peoria, I'm sure I would shop there sometimes too.
 
BTW- if you can get 6 eggs for $2.00, couldn't you double that and essentially get a dozen eggs for $4.00?

@CCubs : You could, but they had expiration dates of mid February. I have no idea how long eggs last, but apparently they thought a month away was close enough to sell them at a discount. They ought to learn from the liquor stores who split cases of beer in half and sell them that way to increase their profits!

On the plus side, Avian-flu contaminated chicken meat is at bargain prices.
